Delivery Policy
At GetBlackPlates, we are dedicated to ensuring that your vinyl wrap license plates are delivered to you promptly and securely. Please review our delivery policy to understand how and when your order will arrive.
Delivery Schedule
- Weekly Dispatch: Orders are dispatched once a week, every Friday.
- Order Cut-Off Time: To have your order included in the week's dispatch, please place it by 5:00 PM PST on Thursday.
- Orders After Cut-Off: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following Friday.
Delivery Methods
- Carriers Used: We utilize UPS and USPS to deliver your orders, selecting the most efficient option based on your location.
- Delivery Timeframe: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States.
- Packaging: Your vinyl wrap is carefully packaged in a hard envelope mailer to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Delivery Charges
- Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United States.
- Expedited Delivery: Currently, we do not offer expedited delivery options.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery status on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your package.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Restrictions
- Domestic Delivery Only: We deliver exclusively within the United States.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are made via USPS.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
- Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
- Lost Deliveries: If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
